Isola dei Nuraghi – IGP

 

A fine and rare varietal wine, whose every detail has been given special attention to; only 4 thousand bottles have been produced.
It has a distinguished and fragrant scent with hints of white fruits.
Obtained from the hand-picked grapes of the rare grape variety Arvisionadu, meaning ‘marked in white’.


Classification: IGP “Isola dei Nuraghi”

Origin: area of  Benetutti, 60 quintals per hectare

Grapes: 100% Arvisionadu

Climate: Mediterranean, average rainfall rates in Spring and Autumn. Long summers, warm breezy, extreme temperature changes.

Harvest: Manual Traditional

Winemaking: White vinification.

Ageing: 6 months in the wine cellar.

Color: golden yellow, bright

Nose: Big, intense, notes of grapes, of white fruits.

Taste: Dry, full, warm, vigorous and texture, characteristic, balanced, harmonious, good structure particularly fine.

Storage: Constant temperature 14 °C, humidity 75%, controlled light, horizontal bottle.

Service: should be served in sleek glass of good size, at a temperature of 10-12 °C

Wine and food pairings: First courses, risotto with seafood, grilled or stewed fish, Sardinian Pecorino cheese DOP.
